Pastor Billy T. Russell was born to Bishop John & Mother Doris Russell. It was by divine appointment that he followed in the footsteps of his father when he acknowledged his call into preaching ministry 23 years ago. Although he was raised in the church under an extremely strict traditional system, he somehow escaped the rules of the traditional Church (not Doctrine) to begin a more non-traditional ministry; one that widened his spiritual parameters to reach the holistic needs of its members and community. He believes that the Word of God has the power to change people, not the tradition of men.
