GIRLFRIENDS: From Survive-To-Thrive 5-Day Challenge

This Special Week is specifically designed for the Women of Triumphant Church and all women who are ready to be intentional about growing in God and growing in sisterhood.  Its a 9-1-1 type of situation because many of you are merely existing day-to-day with no relief in sight!  So what do you do in the meantime? .... Step up to the challenge!  Do different if you want different!

You should join if:

• You feel stuck in various areas of your life
• It seems like your body is turning against you (sickness, aches, weight gain, stiff, insomnia, etc)
• You feel like your life is out of order
• You need some extra motivation
• You're tired of feeling sick and tired.

What's required?

• Be ready to log in to Lady K's Zoom War Room (register for details)
• Monday, May 8 - Friday, May 12
• 6:00-6:30 AM
• Be on camera (yes!....on camera! LOL ...Why? For accountability, encouragement, unity and transparency)
• Wear comfortable clothes that you can workout in (sneakers are optional)
• Bring your journal/notebook, pen & bible.
