2024 Champions Fast & Consecration

We love beginning our year seeking God for His Power and Guidance. We do this through prayer, fasting and consecration. This year, we will fast for 3 weeks, from January 8th through January 28th. Click for more details!

DETAILS
This fast and consecration will occur from January 8 to January 28. Please follow the guidelines below.
- WEEK 1 (Jan 8-12): Fast until 3 pm; (Jan 13-14): Continue to fast -or- you may eat Healthy meals/snack*
- WEEK 2 (Jan 15-19): Fast until 3 pm, One meal per day; (Jan 20-21): Continue to fast -or- you may eat Healthy meals/snacks*
- WEEK 3 (Jan 22-26): Daniel Fast (fruits, vegetables, no meats); (Jan 27-28): Continue to fast -or- you may eat Healthy meals/snack*
*Saturday & Sunday: You may continue to follow the fasting guidelines or eat Healthy meals/snacks as normal. Continue to refrain from the items listed below.
*Refrain From The Following Throughout Fast (Jan 8 - Jan 28): Fried foods, junk food, sodas and sweets throughout the consecration. Also, consider refraining from tea and coffee if caffeine addiction is an issue for you.
*Important Reminder:
- Please remain hydrated with plenty of water! You may drink natural juice if necessary.
- Ask the Holy Spirit for Guidance throughout the consecration! If you are not sure if you should eat/drink something, a good rule of thumb is, don't eat/drink it.
OUR FOCUS DURING THIS TIME OF CONSECRATION:
- Discipline & Will Power; Overcome your fleshly desires
- Write your Goals and Plan for 2024
- Set aside time each day for prayer and studying God’s Word (minimum of 30 minutes)
- Read at least 1 chapter from the book of Romans each day (if possible, read the New Living Translation (NLT) version for a clearer understanding)
- Make every effort to gather for all of our worship services, prayer calls, bible studies and other Triumphant gatherings!
