We love beginning our year seeking God for His Power and Guidance. We do this through prayer, fasting and consecration. This year, we will fast for 3 weeks, from January 8th through January 28th. Click for more details!

DETAILS
This fast and consecration will occur from January 8 to January 28. Please follow the guidelines below.
WEEK 1 (Jan 8-12): Fast until 3 pm; (Jan 13-14): Continue to fast -or- you may eat Healthy meals/snack*
WEEK 2 (Jan 15-19): Fast until 3 pm, One meal per day; (Jan 20-21): Continue to fast -or- you may eat Healthy meals/snacks*
WEEK 3 (Jan 22-26): Daniel Fast (fruits, vegetables, no meats); (Jan 27-28): Continue to fast -or- you may eat Healthy meals/snack*
*Saturday & Sunday: You may continue to follow the fasting guidelines or eat Healthy meals/snacks as normal. Continue to refrain from the items listed below.
